交換架

MCR20測頭模塊交換架用于妥善存放測頭模塊以便快速自動交換，并且保護它們不受工作環(huán)境中的空氣污染。

MSR1模塊存放架可妥善地存放6個模塊，減輕了進行手動交換的操作人員的工作，有助于提高生產(chǎn)率。
