DZJ系列系干式單片通電制動器。該產(chǎn)品結構簡單、制動延遲時間短、制動力矩大。*大優(yōu)點是：可水平安裝也可垂直安裝，不受安裝角度影響，消除了電機軸向竄動對制動器氣隙要求較高的影響。
它們被用于機械傳動系統(tǒng)，如精密機械，印刷機械，包裝機械，實驗設備等的制動與定位。 |
The product series DZJ have the following peculiarities:simple structure,short breaking delay's time,powerful brake torque,and its biggest advantage is that they can be fied levelly or vertically without any limit of the installation angle.
They can be used for braking and locating in machanical transimission systems,such as precise machines,printing machines,packing machines,experimental equipmente etc.

注意事項
◎ 摩擦片及銜鐵表面不得有油污，必須保持清潔。
◎ 安裝時必須保證氣隙"δ"
◎ 齒輪套不得有軸向竄動
◎ 安裝后必須旋出空心螺栓鎖緊在電動機后端蓋或法蘭盤上 |

Warning
Eriction disc and armature surface should be kept clean and free of grease.
When fixing,the airgap"δ"should be kept to the specified value.
The gear hub are not allowed to move along axially.
Turn the hollow bolt so that it is fixed on the back cover or the flange plate. |
